After graduating in 1982, Mark accepted an entry level position with WCB, and in 2003 became a Principal Engineer. He has worked on numerous engineering and construction projects throughout the Kenai Peninsula as a Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager. His experience and knowledge of the local area has contributed to the successful completion of the planning, design, and inspection of various airport/airfield, rural and city roads and streets, subdivisions, water and sewer, and residential and commercial building projects.

Casey has been with WCB since 1980 as a Lead Design Engineer and Project Manager on a broad range of engineering and construction projects. In 2003 he joined the firm as a full partner. Casey has over 40 years of construction and design experience in heavy civil earthwork and underground construction for airport, highway, and street transportation systems, municipal water, sewer and storm drainage systems, as well as commercial site development.

Pat has been with WCB since 2002 as Lead and Staff Design Engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Administrator and Inspector on a broad range of airport engineering and construction projects.
Pat's Certifications include: Alaska Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (AK-CESCL), Documentation and Administration of Federal Aid Contracts, Post-Earthquake Safety Evaluation of Buildings, Lifelines, & Facilities, Work Zone Traffic Safety Supervisor, Airport Ground Vehicle Operations Training
Kirk Hollingsworth

Kirk is a lifelong Alaskan who joined WCB in 2003. He has provided civil design and construction inspection duties on many local projects, including airport, street, water, sewer, and storm drain projects. Kirk has completed State of Alaska Department of Transportation training and certification in the documentation of Federal Aid projects. Kirk's attention to detail in every project has been a great asset to WCB, owners and contractors.
Don Douglas

Don joined WCB in 2005 after having worked as a Fluid Power Engineer for several years. He has provided design support using AutoCAD Map 3D in conjunction with Eagle Point and AutoCAD Civil 3D for many different local
projects, including airport, street, water, sewer, and site projects. During construction season Don has provided office engineering functions which include preparing contractor pay estimates, setup and maintenance of project files, project progress accounting reports and project inspection. Don has completed State of Alaska Department of Transportation training and certification in administration of Federal Aid Projects.
Vicki Coleman
Senior CAD Drafting & Computer Technician

Vicki has been with WCB since 1976 as a draftsperson and has adapted her drafting expertise to the computerized drafting programs used today. Her ability to interpret engineering concepts and convert them to computer technology has produced clear and precise design plans for use on many projects ranging from large airport developments to street and road designs, water storage systems, water and sewer systems, and subdivisions. She has performed virtually all of the drafting on WCB's projects since 1976.
